Amazing service with a smile I was offered a coffee and the kids where kept occupied with coloring books the whole process was easy and efficient.

OUR ASSISTANT FELIX WAS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGABLE, SPENT TIME FINDING OUT OUR REQUIREMENTS, RECOMMENDED THE PRODUCT ON SUITABILITY OT PRICE. HE GAVE US ENOUGH TIME TO TEST THE PRODUCT BUT DID NOT LEAVE US HANGING AROUND. IT WAS HOT IN STORE AND WE WERE OFFERED A COLD DRINK. OTHER OFFERS WERE SUGGESTED TO US BUT WE DID NOT FEEL PRESSURISED TO ACCEPT.

We have not yet received our mattress so I can only comment on the quality of the product which we chose in store. The team were extremely attentive, I am currently 8 & 1/2 months pregnant and they offered me a drink and chocolate biscuits and made sure I felt ok. The lady who served us (Aimee) was very friendly and told us all about her two children which built up the rapport very well. All in all a great shopping experience, looking forward to receiving our mattress next week

The sales people John/Jodie were very helpful and new everything about the bed and pillows that I brought . I certainly would recommend any to go to Dreams stores and get the service and friendliness that that I got from these wonderful sales people.I was offered refreshments and received two cups of cup while in store. When I went into your store I wasn't contanplating spending £2,395. But after being left to our devices to check and try the mattress and beds. Without any hard sale from your staff , we decided to by the best bed in the world . With all the information we needed. Great staff highly recommend .

My wife and I were looking for a single bed with the option of another single bed stored below. The many options available elsewhere were not to our liking, predominantly because the stored bed below more often was shorter in length, due to the storage design. However when we shown the detail of this type of bed in Dreams, all our requirements for this type of bed were met. The quality of the base and particularly the two - same length - mattresses was superior to any we had seen elsewhere. To cap it all the price was set at a very competitive level. The delivery date was arranged in-store. This was followed up with an email confirmation. On the morning of delivery, we were contacted with a 2 hour slot for delivery. Delivery and the unpacking by the delivery staff was slick and their approach and attitude was exemplary. All in all, we are highly satisfied.
