Dreams - Nottingham

A very successful shopping experience. Upon entering the Dreams store in Lady Bay, Nottingham, we were allowed some time to ourselves to understand the store layout, general pricing and sale items area. We were soon greeted by an assistant who introduced us to the store and chatted to us to understand our needs. We were shown the sale items, given a full demonstration of any beds we liked and allowed as much time as we wished to test out the mattresses. The store was spacious and child friendly, with a seating area, colouring pads, crayons etc. We were very pleased with all the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to entertain and chat to us and our toddler. The whole store (including toilet) was very clean, which always helps when you're shopping with young children. There range of beds and mattresses was good, comparable with the market and we were offered finance on our purchase which was very helpful. Signing the paperwork was quick and trouble-free and our documents were neatly packaged for us. Overall, a very successful shopping experience for a double kingsize bed and mattress. The member of staff and his colleges had amazing product knowledge and also other products which were of similar spec to the product we were looking for.

The sales advisor John was very helpful .me and my wife have suffered with back pain and his advise was better than John Lewis were we went previous. We also had our 8 year old son with us and he even spoke to him like he was a person not someone he didn't want there.

Felix who severed us was very friendly and helpful showed us all the options in our price range and was not pushy with the sale which is personally a big put off when for me when sales staff are too pushy

We were helped by a wonderful young man, explained everything so well and helped us choose the perfect mattress. He didn't rush us or make us feel like we needed to make a decision quickly, we had plenty of time to make sure we picked the right one for us. He informed us of all the costs, delivery, everything. He even gave us tea and chocolates - perfect customer service which was greatly appreciated.

We knew what we wanted and were dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner - even got a cup of coffee!!

I needed a new firm king sized mattress. There was a large selection on display, all of which indicated quite clearly; a) what sizes were available; b)The price; c)Whether they were firm, medium, very firm etc etc; making it much easier to make an informed choice. The assistant John, also gave me information concerning the springing, and Dreams guarantee and exchange policy.

Good overall experience, helpful staff and purchased what we wanted to quickly and in a easy going atmosphere. looking forward to receiving the products.
