Very pleased with my visit to the Lady Bay Retail Park store the assistant that dealt with me could not have been anymore helpful his name was John would recommended all my friends to go to him as nothing is to much trouble.

Staff extremely helpful. Lots of choice with mattresses and bed frames .

Laid out well in the shop, staff seemed nice and the dude who spoke to us wasnt pushy and left us to it after giving us information when we first walked in

Assistant not pushy....would have left the store if that had happened. Good choice of products. Good finance options.

I was served by a salesperson called Jodie at the Nottingham branch of Dreams. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful I would hope this feedback could be passed on to her and her Line Manager.

I was given plenty of time and space to try out different mattresses and did not feel under any pressure to buy or make a hurried decision. The salesperson clearly listened and responded to what I was needing and was able to explain about the content and quality of the different mattresses I was trying out. He was friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure.

Served by Jodie at the Nottingham store and we fond her very pleasant and helpful and with no pressure applied .On the contrary we enjoyed some friendly banter with her and other staff before reaching a deal over delivery costs in exchange for debit card payment and purchase of some extra items. Only minor problem (not fault of the store) was that some of the sofa beds advertised on your web site were not available to view. But were at lower end of price scale so not a real issue

Very helpful member of staff, we weren't approached immediately when entering the store which we like. We were given lots of time to test the tempur mattresses and pillows, we moved from one mattress to another with pillow and given an explanation of each mattress as I'd researched what I thought I wanted and after testing we changed our mind. Very nice staff in store we were made a coffee and given excellent service. The price we paid was the best as I checked other retailers. Well done dreams! We would recommend you!!

John was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my requirements for the 3 beds that I purchased. He was extremely friendly too and made my son laugh which is very rare for a teenager :-) . And I must say how slim John looked too ( Johns colleagues will also understand this, and they too were friendly and approachable. I would definately recommend this store to my friends and family.
