John was most helpful and explained the differences between the Tempur Mattresses we were looking at and efficiently processed our order.

We were approached by a very nice young assistant who wasn't over pushy and left us to sample the product, asked us if we wanted tea or coffee etc. had good knowledge of product. Approached by another assistant after 10 minutes who had excellent knowledge and double checked his order with his colleague so as to be sure he'd ordered the right product. The thing I liked best was he put both assistant's names on the order showing excellent team work. I was very impressed.

Looked at product online, called into store to look at product, spoke with Amiee who was very professional manner, from start to finish in 30 minutes had purchased our product and delivery secured.

dave helped me and my partner choose a mattress and divan base, we both wanted something different , he preferred a soft mattress and I preferred firm, but with the help and understanding from dave we were able to find a mattress we both liked. Dave understanding of all the products was great. all the staff at the shop seemed friendly to us and all the other customers.

No pressure to buy. Given plenty of time to look around once assistant had spoke to us. Given guidance to different products available and different colour coding made it easy to see where to look.
