Felix took time to point out all the aspects of the mattresses asked us what we wanted and price range, he duly pointed us in the right direction and left us alone. He then came back to us and told us to compare two others and again left us to peruse them. Once we had made our minds up he came back to us and explained all the features of our choice, not once was he pushy and had all the time we needed. On purchasing everything was explained carefully to us.

We have been looking for a new mattress and visited few other competitors shops at first but were not satisfied with the other retailers advice and customer service. Then we have realised there is Dreams - maybe not as conveniently located for us vut we decided to visit as a last resort. The visit was great! The shop is open until late which is good for people working full time. We have been served by Jodie - very friendly lady who has professionally explained differences in mattresses (which other retailers seems to be lacking on) and based on a short assessment she was able to suggest some choices. She was very patient when we have been trying the mattresses with different pillows etc. During the viist we have been offered hot drinks which was a nice surprise to be asked about it. To summarise - great shop, lovely staff team and will definitely be recommending to others. The great think Dreams is doing is to invest in training as the team seemed to have a great knowledge of the products they were selling.

Good service and good prices

Aimee was excellent, to be honest we only intended looking for a new bed and only spending around £1500 so when having the assistance of Aimee decided to go all out on a purchase for a Tempur bed. Probably have to stay in for a few months watching TV in bed ha ha to pay for it. We were very impressed with the knowledge of your assistant, the pleasant no pressure selling and the hospitality being given a drink. We tried lots of mattresses and Aimee remembered the ones we both liked. The offer of trying pillows is a great idea too. Purchased those also. Please pass on our thanks. Just waiting for delivery now and hopefully we have chosen a great bed. Regards

As soon as we entered the store we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. John immediately offered us advice and some refreshments. Our two young children were with us (5 and 2 yr old). The kids were shown a table with some colouring equipment and offered some chocolate (John checked with us first if that was ok). This was so helpful as we needed some time and space to check out the mattresses. The staff gave lots of advice but were in no way pushy or overbearing. Throughout our (almost 2 hr) visit to the staff were all very good-humoured, helpful and kind towards our children. We were mainly served by John but were also assisted by Felix who was also very polite, friendly and helpful. We could not have wished for a more positive experience. We purchased a mattress and were given discount close to what we would have received with an online offer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to my friends and family and will be telling them about my experience. Well done to all your staff.

Had the product in store that I wanted

We were intending to purchase a mattress at John Lewis and only called into Dreams as the store was on our route. However, we were so impressed with the ease of finding a mattress we liked, the encouragement we received from John to really try out the mattresses and his knowledge and advice to aid our selection. John was never pushy, left us alone to discuss but was always available to clarify points or answer questions. The price was very good value and the special offer of mattress cover plus 1 tempura pillow free encouraged us to complete our order straight away.

I was satisfied with Dave who looked after us-offering us a hot drink and very attentive. .The only thing that could be improved was any additions to the cost of the bed should be said straight away e.g. the cost of the bed is as you see but if you want a, b or c it will raise the price to £***.

The staff were very pleasant and help full. They new what we were looking for and did not push us into a sale we did not want.

The sales person was listening to what we wanted in a bed and, not pushing his ideas.
