Dave was so helpful. I had previously gone to John Lewis to look for a mattress, and after hanging around for over half an hour, no assistant came to support me, despite there being a few around. Also, they didnt have a huge selection. In contrast, at Dreams, I was offered support within minutes, and the service and knowledge which Dave was able to give me was perfect for my needs. He listened and didn't just try and sell me the most expensive mattress. Also, the other colleagues who were in the shop we really friendly and chatty too. It felt like a really welcome envirnoment.

We didn't know where to start with deciding on a new bed. We only knew we wanted a super king size. Felix the assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the beds. He made suggestions, wasn't pushy.

We was looked afternoon by a young gentleman called Dave he was very professional and not pushy at all he's a credit to your company many thanks for helping us Dave!

I popped into the store with my mum as I am in desperate need of a new bed and had looked online the night before and had my heart set on the bed purchased. My only issue was it was a lot of money we were welcomed within seconds of entering and gave great advice also advised me on the finance that you offer ... she ended up talking me round and I've ended up with the bed I had my heart set on in the first place .. Jodie is a credit to the store and great at producing sales

the advice we were given was excellent on mattresses for my arthritic spine and husbands neck he was not pushy very polite and took time to answer any questions we had we would highly reccommend dreams to friends and family thank youMr Mrs banner

Dave in the lady bay store in Nottingham was lovely, efficient, and helpful. He was a great member of your team. The other staff members deemed friendly and I was made aware help was there as and when I wanted it.

The Assistant (Alex) was really helpful, not at all pushy and there was no pressure even when we changed our minds entirely from the bed we had planned when we went in and therefore need a lot more detail on the other beds. She even made us a cup of tea while we were 'bed trying'.

From the moment of walking into the store we were greeted by a friendly member of staff named Alexandra. She very efficiently explained all the different types of mattresses to us which was most helpful as it is a while since our last mattress purchase. She then helped us find the perfect mattress. She was not at all pushy and felt we could take our time choosing our mattress. Her expertise was very much appreciated. We were very much impressed by the service we received. We were even very kindly offered a drink too.
