Alex dealt with us she was attentive of our needs,very helpful and knowledgable,we only went in for a bed,and ended up buying 3 beds 2 bedside cupboards pillows bed settee,and we even had a cup of tea.

The salesman was very helpful and freindly. A one year guefentee is a bit short. Online products seem to have 5 yrs. Took out 8 yr guerentee for £99. Because I baught an adjustable bed. The £38 charge for setting up is a bit excessive but lets see what that involves when the bed arrives. These extras are just to increase your profit margin.

Alex at the Nottingham branch was fantastic! She listened to our complex needs (we both have problems with our backs) and demonstrated lots of different types of mattresses she thought might suit. Even when we noticed that the one we wanted was not on show, she arranged for one to be brought downstairs for us to try - which we did and promptly purchased it! The service was excellent, friendly, helpful, and speedy - we were in and out within half an hour - perfect way to shop. We bought our last bed from Dreams so we will be back in 8 years when we need to replace again. Thanks.

We had visited the store the previous day, and found the staff to be very helpful, but were struggling to find a size frame that would fit the dimensions needed. After browsing at another store we decided on another bed, but due to being let down there, we returned to Dreams. On entering the store we were cheerfully welcomed by Amy who remembered us from the previous day. At the same time, John and Alex, who were on the counter, also welcomed us and remembered us. All three staff were proactive in helping each other to help us, with regards to size and style, with John seeming to be the master of the Multimedia unit. With their help we made what we believe to be the correct choice, and they were incredibly helpful. It was lovely to see them working as a team, and to feel that no question was too much trouble. We placed the order with Alex, who was really kind and reassuring of our choice, and explaining benefits of warranty ect. In addition Felix explained the benefits of purchasing the silent night mattress from Dreams, and we found his product knowledge to be exceptional. Overall we cannot thank the staff enough for how kind, welcoming and down to earth they were.

We went to the store after doing our home work online. We knew pretty well what we wanted to buy so it may have made things abit easier however, we were always open to expertise! When we got to the store, my wife and I had a walk around but soon after Felix came over to us and asked if we were ok. I explained that we had in order to place. I was delighted with how Felix helped us. He didnt try and talk us out of the items we wanted, nor did he push other items on to us. He simply took the details and found them on the internet so we could make sure they were correct. He was very friendly and offered us a hot drink twice. We did have a good laugh at the fact that we didnt want one. Had drink just before leaving home! Anyway, Felix talked us through the procedures and told us about the promotions ghat were on going in the store. We were able to pick a suitable delivery date and overall was made very easy for us. That is exactly want we wanted as past experience (at other outlets!) have not proven to be particularly good. Our visit has certainly restored our faith in going to shops rather than being reliant on the internet.

During the visit we were treated well and we are satisfied in the overall experience of our visit. We will recommend your shop to our friends.

The staff were very helpful with their knowledge and advice. Our experience with the store was very pleasurable and not fraught with problems. In the end it was very easy to select our bed and place our order.

The service you gave us was lovely. A lady was polite, informative, no hard sell just got it right. A gentleman then took my order was just as good. I was buying a bed for my 24 year old special needs son who was with me and you were kind enough to involve him in the decisions and understand we weren't good at waiting. The kindness and understanding your staff showed us means I would come back to you next time I buy a bed.

I was happy with the choice of beds and colour coding used. Assistant was friendly. I was disappointed not to get anything that was "half price " a friend has recently (earlier in the week) got a great deal that was no longer available so that was my only complaint.
