Dreams - Nottingham

Having a broken femur and on crutches I was nervous on my first trip outside to Dreams but was met by John at the door and was made welcome and looked after so well. All the staff were friendly and helpful, tea and coffee was served and all questions answered very well. I tested and eventually purchased the bed of my dreams (no pun intended) and cannot wait to have it installed. The whole process, which could have been very traumatic (I am 80) was made easy and very pleasant and I was not rushed to make a decision and given all the time I needed. Special mention to John who was very pleasant and patient and did no hard sell on me which would have been off putting but stood by for any questions I and my husband and daughter had. John also was with me to help in choosing the right bedding to go with the mattress but was never intrusive or pushy and I really liked his attitude. Will certainly be back in the near future for another mattress for our home and possibly one for our son No need to look anywhere else, Dreams has all the choice and quality. Thanks you all at Dreams, Nottingham for the prospect of much better sleep soon.

Great service, great price and free delivery.

The Manager Felix and his assistant Jodie were both extremely helpful. They gave us alot of information whilst allowing us to browse around the store. We felt very comfortable in making our decision on our only visit (rather than coming away to "consider") based largely on the excellant service we had been provided by the staff mentioned.

Our sales assistant, John was really helpful and attentive and made the purchase of our new bed a very pleasant experience.

The treatment of your staff and manager was excellent, we were advised when we required it and was never felt pressurised into making rushed decisions, the experience we had was excellent and because of this we came back to the store 2 days later to increase the order.

I liked that it was a speedy purchase with no forms to fill in.
