John was really helpful and friendly during the whole shopping experience, this was the second time I had visited in a week and he was also very helpful during the first time I visited. He offered me a drink and was patient and very knowledgeable when explaining all my options, I felt that he truly wanted to help me find the right bed, rather than pressuring me to buy the most expensive models. I should mention I returned to dreams to make my purchase today because of how good that first experience was. When I visited today, John recognised me from the other day and I felt he did his best to give me a really good price on the floor model ottoman I ended up purchasing. I would have no hesitation in recommending others to buy their beds from this Branch. I don't normally fill in surveys like these but this was genuinely some of the best service I have ever received from a retail salesperson.
