We walked in and knew what we wanted. A lady called Aimee came over and gave us excellent advice and help. She sorted everything out for us including a duvet. Brilliant service.

We (My Wife and I) were looked after by Jodie. She discussed what we were looking for, showed us around and even made us a coffee! She was there when we needed to ask anything but was stand off-isa enough so we didn't feel pressured at all. I have never been into a Dreams store before so I didn't know what to expect but but it was brilliant!

The sales team John especially made us feel very welcome offered cup of coffee , didn't know initially what we wanted but came out more informed and with a greater understanding of our needs

Both the initial Gentleman store Assistant who assisted when selecting our bed and the final female store assistant who completed our paperwork and sale were excellent. Could not fault either of them.
