Immediate assistance upon entering the store, but not in an irritating or pushy way. Felix was very knowledgeable of the products and patient with us, as neither my girlfriend or myself were sure of which mattress would be suitable for us, especially as we have slightly different preferences. He made us feel at ease and not pressured to buy a mattress unsuitable for our needs, but the last mattress he recommended for us was so comfy and good value that we decided to buy there and then (plus 2 pillows). A stress-free sale. Also, thanks to Dave for the coffee!

The staff were very knowledgeable and pointed us to the type of bed that we were looking for to narrow down our choices. They spent a long time helping us to find the right bed for our budget and were very pleasant to deal with.

This was a very pleasant experience, John the salesman couldn't have been more helpful. No pressure was applied to purchase nothing was to much trouble, his knowledge of the product was excellent. Every thing was explained in great detail, his assistant was just as helpful nice clean store well laid out. Plenty of tea/coffee on offer I wouldn't hessitate to recommend this store /Dreams to my friends or family. Well done you guys.very pleased.

The sales assistant went over to them and politely but firmly told them to leave. Another colleague went to the front of shop to make sure they didnt return

We found the product we were seeking as well as several alternatives , at a price which was highly competitive.We saw no need to look elsewhere and were satisfied we would not be able to beat the deal we got from Dreams.

Felix the young sales assistant was charming and went the extra mile to find the mattress and bed we wanted. Cannot wait to get the bed as want a good nights sleep again.

From start to finish we could fault the service provided by David Peter. We were buying a bed for our new house & obviously want the bed delivering there this wasn't a problem & he took all details & explained in great detail the transaction & if we hadn't exchanged on our new house on the date the bed was due to be delivered we could put it back to another date that was convenient to us. 5* service.
