Dave, the colleague who helped us, was knowledgeable, extremely patient and helpful. He sensed that he could have a laugh with us and went to the trouble of swapping the mattress we were considering over to another base so that we could decide on the best combination for our needs, explaining what would or wouldn't work for us. He brought my wife and I coffee. He wasn't hovering all the time but sensed when we might have questions. He made the choosing process much easier and the one week delivery sealed the purchase.

The gentleman who served me was called John. He was very polite and had a lot of patience. He described in great detail the differences of the beds and this made my searching for beds time pleasant. I told him what I was looking for and I was pleased with my purchase. Thankyou Dreams!
