We were given time to look for what we wanted and the girl that assisted us Judy when we required help could not have been better

Staff friendly....listened to what I wanted and showed me around various items

We were only in there as I took a wrong turn off the roundabout. We went in to look and ended up buying a bed, 2 mattresses and 2 pillows. John was extremely helpful and would def go back to that store again.

Felix assistance was excellent. Spent lots of time advising us which bed to purchase based on our needs and budget.

John was extremely helpful and efficient with the whole order process, very friendly and understanding. A special mention to Felix, who went that extra mile to honour the cashback i would have got, had I done it through myperks online. All in all, would highly recommend Dreams in Lady Bay retail park.

I get good quality Mattress and customer service was really good and helpful.

The service was fantastic and we felt we really looked after, even if we did change our mind! Felix was brilliant, and I will be purchasing our next bed from this store.
