The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us identify the best mattress for,our needs. He was not pushy and left us to make our own minds up. It was refreshing to be dealt with in this manner.

We are very satisfied with our purchase, we were not rushed in any way to make a choice and had excellent advise from the sales lady.

the lady who assisted us explained the difference in the mattress composition and the colour codes for firmness. we were invited to test them out and told of the discount available and offered tea.

As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted with a welcoming member of staff. He explained the colour system very well and then we had a bit of time to wander and form an opinion of the different options. When we struggled to find what we were looking for we asked for some advice, we were pointed towards a specific mattress which ended up being great. I felt like the staff really listened and understood our needs and found exactly what we needed.

Greeted in store by Felix who came over very professional and assisted us with our request. He gave us a in depth choice of the ideal bed we required and didn't put us under any pressure until we were completely satisfied with our choice. Felix portrays a very professional approach to customers needs and was a real pleasure doing business with him. We left the store feeling well satisfied with our purchase and excellent customer care.

Jodie was friendly, polite and knew what she was talking about. In contrast to various other bed selling establishments, none of your staff in either of the 2 stores we visited were pushy or 'stalked' us

John approached to ask if we needed help we explained our requirements he showed us various mattresses and explained the difference with each and then left us to try them out and come back to him if we needed anything further. There was no pressure to buy and John knowledge was invaluable in helping us select the right mattress.
