The assistants two of them were very helpful and provided useful information to assist with our choice of product.

Aimee and John were both knowledgeable and helpful but never made me feel pressured which was a perfect mix

Greeted on arrival at store. Understood what we were shopping for and explained shop layout. Didn't pester us while we tested matrasses but was readily on hand to deal with our questions. Good product knowledge. Offered us a drink. Everything clearly explained at purchase. Appreciate the service of taking our old bed away.

The friendliness of the staff.Answered all our grilling questions with ease.A cup of tea was welcome.We swapped different beds and mattresses to get our needs,eventually we found what we wanted with great help from the staff.we only popped in the shop while passing,so they stayed over while we went home (5miles away) to get the deposit

On arrival I was greeted by a tall, dark and very handsome chap with an amazing smile who offered me a drink. Even though he did not make the drink himself, a lovely lady called Alex did whilst he explained the different colour codes of mattresses to me. He left to me explore at my own free will but made me aware that should I have any question at all he would be available to me to answer them. I wanted a firm mattress and he helped me to find one to suit my taste. Although I did not purchase this mattress on the day, I will definitely be back to purchase from this sales person who was called Rean Felix. I will be recommending your outstanding service to my family and friends. Well done Mr Handsome!

The service we received was excellent. Jodie was brilliant at explaining the differences between mattresses and the various prices. We were allowed to test each mattrees and her colleague John mad us a very good cup of coffee while we completed the paperwork, Each stage was thoroughlty explained and all our questions were answered. We felt listened to and valued.

From start to finish my experience with dreams was excellent I knew I wanted to buy a bed and I had an idea which one, but after talking to one of your colleagues I purchased another one of which I had looked at previously and I cannot wait until it arrives.

Very happy with the service. David was very helpful. There when we had a question but also gave us time on our own to discuss and test the beds
