I brought my uncle in for a new matteres but he can be quiet difficult as he has first stage dementia but the salesman had all the time in the world for him and the patients of a saint which made shopping for the mattress a lot easier and stress free he also made my uncle feel very relaxed and not rushed

The store was very clean and inviting - the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and we were offered a cup of coffee. Altogether a good experience.

We are not very knowledgeable with the different type of mattresses that are available and Rean Felix really took the time to provide us with detailed information about the types of mattresses available. He gave us time to try them out in our own time and was not in any way pushy or rushing us. He was very pleasant to deal with and it was a good atmosphere between the colleagues generally.

Alex, the Sales Assistant, immediately asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and showed good knowledge of what I wanted. Therefore I was happy to purchase the beds. I had visited other bed outlets but did not receive the same amount of attention or interest.

We was made to feel very welcome by john who told us everything we needed to know and he made us a very nice cup of tea

The assistant ( Alexandra ) had a good knowledge of the product and was very friendly and professional. The store was well laid out and had a great selection of beds. The parking was very good especially for disabled people like myself. Once I had decided on the product that I wanted to purchase the transaction was completed swiftly. Overall I had a feel good factor with the store and particularly the assistant. I would rate my visit and purchase as 120% out of 100. ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS !

Great customer service from Alex in store, friendly with a good knowledge of the products. Wide choice of products. Was left to decide which product suited us the best without pressure from sales staff.
