Dreams - Nottingham

I went into dreams for a king size mattress and got exactly what I was looking for, my mattress is being delivered on Thursday 27 July, looking forward to receiving it, The sales assistants was wonderful and very helpful there names were Alex, John, felix, Felix was excellent very handsome too,

We entered the store and was immediately welcomed by Alex, she was very friendly, we told her roughly what we were looking for and our budget, she explained about the beds and showed us the ones we should look at, we were also offered a lovely cup of tea, Alex said for us to take as long as we needed as it was going to be our bed for a few years so we had to get it right, she even brought us better pillows to lie on. Alex also explained about the comfort exchange if we weren't happy with the new bed. On placing our bed order Alex noticed my husband's defence discount card in his open wallet and we got to use it with a 10%😁which was brilliant. Very pleased with it all.

Staff were really friendly and were able to speak easily in front if me with each other.

Jon was very knowledgeable, we explained what we were looking for and he helped us find the divan bed that suited our needs. His experience in Tempur put is at ease and ensured we purchased just what we needed. There was no high pressure sales

The sales assistant Alexandra was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us. She even made us a coffee!

The service we received was great in terms of the knowledge and expertise of the assistant that helped us on our plight to find a bed. He explained very clearly the colour coding and what each bed type meant. We were shown around the whole show room before we narrowed down our choices. We found a couple of head boards that were suitable and the assistant was able to give us the pros & cons of both.

John was friendly and helpful, drink offered and not too pushy

We were made to feel very welcome, we're offered drinks and the staff interacted and made a nice big fuss of my one year old. They didn't mind him running around and playing on the beds which made his visit to the store fun and made things more relaxing for us.

On the day we visited the store the Manager had 2 members of staff off, so he was on his own. Luckily it was a quiet time & he was able to give us his full attention.His product knowledge was outstanding & there was no pressure to buy accessories etc.We finally narrowed our choice down to 2 mattresses & he left us alone to discuss the merits of both.As I said,no pressure,and I don't think he would have minded whether we chose the cheaper or dearer of the 2 mattresses.The one we chose was slightly soiled,(the price reduced accordingly) but he knew which had detachable covers & which ones could be washed (because of the filling)
