It is worth noting that we did not go out with the intention of bed shopping but popped in to see what offers were in the sale. From the time we walked in David was extremely helpful and said hello. He answered our quiery about the prices and explained the tickets so we knew as we were looking around the exacr pricing. He offered us a drink and then when I enquired about a bed frame that was being discontinued he even went ti thr trouble of ringing a manager to enquire fro me. We eventually decided on a frame we liked and he even swapped the mattress to the bed we had picked so we could try it on the frame we picked. He then carefully explained the delivery process to us. Throughout all this most importantly he spoke to our children and encouraged them to play in the store without making it feel rude about playing. As any parent will know this is extremely important because if the children are happy the parents are free to brouse and shop.

Rean Felix was informative, helpful and easy to deal with.

When starting to look for a new bed an assistant was soon there to help if I needed any questions answered and was most helpful right through to my deciding on a product and finalising the transaction,

The assistant in Nottingham Colwick (Aimee) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew her products, knew how to respond to our requests and needs. Very good service.

I was very satisfied with the Dreams assistant, he went through all bed types, mattress and Headboard and I had a drink whilst the cost and details where sorted out. Felix and Alex did a good job.

The showroom was clean, tidy and well presented. The salesperson greeted us on arrival, listened carefully to what we wanted and recommended an appropriate product. He was pro-active in offering other associated items without it seeming like a high pressure sell. We accepted the offer of a coffee too which was a nice touch.

I have been coming to dreams for a few years now and every time I come in, I get great service. The salesperson always understands what I need and service is exceptionally good.
