John the sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy at all.

The staff there were exceptional. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The two main staff were Jodie and John. They took their time to listen to us and what we were after, made useful recommendations and made our visit a relaxed one.

Felix was really helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took time to explain the differences between different types of mattresses. Can't wait for it to arrive.

THE ASSISTANT WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL BUT NOT PUSHY AND WHEN DETAILS HAD BEEN EXPLAINED TO US SHE GAVE US TIME TO LOOK WITHOUT FEELING UNDER PRESSURE.WHEN WE HAD DECIDED UPON OUR PURCHASE WE WERE OFFERED OTHER OPTIONS AND WHEN WE DECLINED SHE WAS NOT UPSET OR DIFFICULT. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO BE SERVED BY HER, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT ON ARRIVAL WE WERE OFFERED A DRINK WHILST WE HAD A LOOK ROUND. TOP CLASS EXPERIENCE.

Excellent service from Felix and Alex made for a very good shopping experience. They were both knowledgeable and efficient. Their friendly, professional manner means that I would recommend this Dreams store without hesitation.

We were told where the sofa beds were and a few minutes later someone came up to ask if we needed assistance we didn't so were offered a drink and left to it. Later we had a problem with a mechanism and John again came up to demonstrate and then left us alone. He had to do this twice! So I think he got the balance just right between helping just the right amount and leaving us alone to chat and look.

Aimee the assistant that dealt with our order was very nice. I Have health problems and a bed is very important to me. Rather than pointing us in the direction of the most expensive (although ours was) she left us with the best ones for me and came back yo us after we had had a good try on them. Good product knowledge Really lovely person
