What a wonderful member of staff, so helpful

Very helpful in all aspects of our shop

most staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding of my needs and did not push the sale of anything more expensive than what i really needed, staff on the phone and webchat was also very helpful before my visit in store and explained my options very well, i look forward to using Dreams more in the future as the over all experience so far was highly Satisfying like a Dream! ;)

We were greeted upon arrival and was left to browse by ourselves prior to any further assistance. Staff members were knowledgeable and were open to discussion. They had allowed lots of time for us to consider through things and almost stayed beyond working hours to help us!

Vivek was a very professional, pleasant well informed young man.

We were served by Judy who was very knowledgeable. She did not pressurise us into buying anything and responded to all our questions with knowledge.

John served us in the Nottingham store, very helpful and knowledgeable, even remembered selling us our current bed 15 years ago! Great customer service without being pushy and left us alone once we had the information we needed. The transaction when we decided to buy was quick and efficient. John is a credit to the company and I hope he is valued and rewarded!
