Very friendly staff, gave us the opportunity to ask questions and then left us to try and look on our own. They weren't pushy but there if we needed them.

During my visit,I was able to get assistance straight away whether this was due to the fact I arrived at the exact opening time not sure but the second I wanted help a lady called Alex was there to assist and was fantastic helping me pick out the ideal mattress and helped me with the rest of my purchase which I financed.The bed I was looking for on the website was on display which also made my purchase easy and pleasant as I could see the actual bed I anticipated to buy and I did just that.The fact that the price on the website was 749 pounds for the bed and when I got to dreams found out there was a 2 day sale which meant I got a further 20 percent discount made the visit perfect. Will be recommending to family and friends for sure.Many thanks.

We were dealt with efficiently and respectfully by Jodie. This is our second visit in the last 6 months and we returned because of the excellent service and product knowledge we experienced the first time. Both John and Jodie were extremely attentive a demonstrated the fold up bed we were enquiring about for our small spare room.

John spoke to us as soon as we stepped into the store and asked if we needed help in finding a mattress for ourselves, we were looking at a different mattress to start with but John showed us others that may suit us, he asked us to try and gave us a pillow to help try the mattresses, his knowledge was excellent. John offered us a drink which we declined, although the offer was appreciated. Our order went through quickly and John explained everything. We also bought some pillows with the help of John.

Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. What my wife and I liked the most was that we weren't at ant time pressurised. The receipts, invoice and paperwork were all explained diligently but with no sign of pressure.

Product availability in choice of colours and design of headboards

Upon entering the store i was able to freely roam for a while (which i like), before being asked if I needed assistance - at this point i had had chance to look, but had now decided that i needed help, but before i was able to ask, John approached me offering his assistance (and a drink!!). I told John what i was looking for and he new exactly where to find it, talked me through the bed i wanted to look at, then showed me a similar alternative (which i preferred and was pleased to discover it was cheaper!!). He left me to look over both of the beds for a while, then came back to check on me. I then asked to look at mattresses, he talked me through all the different ones and gave me a pillow to test them all out. Once i had made m decision, John talked through the bed and mattress again to check i was satisfied and then discussed payment and delivery options with me. He made the process very simple and enjoyable. John was very friendly and willing to help, but also allowed me time to think things through alone without feeling pressured.
