Lovely customer service, demonstrated an ottoman bed and explained how it might differ once built. Carried a different mattress up the stairs so the weight could be compared once it was in place! Once decided took us back to the desk and quickly ran over all the necessary details, was polite and friendly.

Greeting friendly, Aimee listened to our request, and sat us down,with hot drinks, whilst she found exactly, what we were looking for. Made sure it was in store, and arranged free delivery on the day we wanted. Then made us aware of an offer of half price pillows, as, we'd purchased a bed, we did need new pillows, and these were excellent quality. All the staff were very friendly, polite and efficient. Shopping in dreams was a pleasure.

All the staff were helpful, they were able to get a good balance between being attentive and helpful and not being pushy. Even though we were being attended to by one member of staff, other members would come to support or ask if we were ok. Lots of time was given to enable choice. Even though store was about to shut did not make us feel rushed.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by a friendly assistant. We found the range of goods on offer was good for the size of the store. The offer of a drink was accepted by us both and the advice we received was very helpful .

The assistant listened carefully to what we were looking for, answered all our queries, left us to browse, encouraged us to lie on the beds, made us coffee, was interested in what we were doing. The colour coding of the bedcovers within the shop made selecting what we wanted much easier as the choice was a bit overwhelming.

When we arrived we were able to browse then asked if we needed any help. From then on we were given undivided attention. All questions answered and useful suggestions made.

All staff members,not only the one 'making' the sale,were welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to help.The coffee served was welcome!

Staff were very hopeful, example about the bed. He offer use a drink and example other offer in store. I ask about collecting the item which he found out the information which I needed. He example about the delivery of the bed days and times which were available.
