On entering the shop we were greeted by friendly staff.The female assistant asked us what we were looking for,to which we told her we required a new mattress.She then showed us the types of mattress we were looking for.She then left us alone to try the mattereses out.We tried several and then got it down to 2.Alex then explained the differences and the left us alone to decide.Throughout the time we were in the shop no one tried to force into buying. Once we had decided Alex went through the purchase of the goods, and highlighted what to do if we were not satisfied with the purchase.

sales man was on the ball with any query we had, did not feel under any pressure very helpful

I was very please with John the Rep as he called the Tempur representative directly to make sure that what he was advising me was acurate, I was also given a drink and John made my visit very friendly and comfortable

Greeted when entered and asked if could help. Once I told him what I wanted, got taken directly to them. Very helpful and great information given that I never thought about. Felt very looked after and very happy with my purchase.

The assistant Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable , she understood our needs, my husband is disabled and she listened to our problems and was able to advise us on just the right product. My husband said he didn't feel rushed and had lots of time to try out the range of adjustable beds that were on offer. Alex didn't pressurize us into making the purchase, however we were happy with what we saw and decided to buy. They offered us coffee but we declined, but thought it was a nice gesture. Other staff in the store seemed happy and got on well with each other we thought our shopping experience today was very good.

A nice clean and bright store with a variety of beds on display. A smartly dressed store assistant that was very knowledgeable about the products we asked about. showed us different types of matrasses and was given plenty of time to choose what we needed. Over all a very pleasant shopping experience.

The sales were very informative and very patient with us. We were given the opportunity to test all the mattresses without pressure, but they were on hand to answer any questions we had. John, the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.

From entering the store everything was perfect.

I bought a bed and mattress 8 years ago and was served by John who was just lovely. Today I bought a bed and mattress and again I was served by John, obviously he didn't remember me but I rembered him. He's professional and not pushy and really knows his stuff. Would deffinatley recommend Dreams again
