This is the second time we have visited the store to buy a bed and again we were treated with respect and a very good knowledge of the items we were looking for, very friendly very helpful and we will be happy to recommend Dreams to all our friends.

The fact of not being pounced on as we walked through the door, and excepting that I wanted to look on my own and that when I was ready to talk to a assistant I would ask. Both of the assistants we dear with was very helpful, friendly and very polite. I do hope your customer care is just as good if there is a problem with my bed. I mention this as we had a problem some years ago, and it took a long time to resolve. I would like to thank John and Jodie at the Nottingham store they were brilliant and John makes a lovely cup of tea.

We were in and out the store within 20 minutes. Felix was super helpful and really friendly. He made it feel really easy and stress free. Can't wait to get our mattress and sleep on it!

I was approached and asked what I was looking for. This was very satisfactorily explained in a very pleasant manner. I was left to make up my mind and try out mattresses. My questions were answered very well and any further concerns were explained. The whole experience was very satisfactory indeed. The coffee was good as well.

As we entered the store we received a nice good morning, we were left to browse for a little while before being offered any assistance which was nice because we did not feel pressured, or stalked ! When we did decide it was time to speak to an assistant (David) we found one easily, available and very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we are very very happy with Dreams
