the people were really helpful they knew exactly what they were talking about. they did offer the kids candy and they did us drinks and refreshments.it was really quick and easy to make a purchase and they let us try out the beds before we bought them.

IT ALL RAN VERY SMOOTHLEY

David and Felix were really helpful and friendly, even though the store was busy they made sure they made time for everyone individually offering drinks of tea and coffee. Both members of staff were bubbly and could not be more helpful. They knew the products on the floor and how to present them. Myself and boyfriend could not be happier with our purchase. It is unusual to receive such excellent and friendly service, we were treated to a great shopping experience with attention to detail and nothing too much trouble. Alex who served us is a credit to your company as were the other members of staff present. We will certainly be back for all our future bedding requirements.
