There was no hard sell, something I absolutely hate, the assistant was knowledgeable, encouraged me to lie on the bed and take as long as required, and also brought us a lovely cup of tea. On purchase she explained everything thoroughly, I can honestly say a thoroughly enjoyable retail experience.

I was approached very well. David introduced him self and offered me tea or coffee. I was in a rush first time but second time he helped me again and we completed the order. He was very clued up about the different mattresses.
