Very helpful and friendly staff (Aimee), listened to our requirements and was able to walk us through the options + what to look for.

I was treated with respect and friendliness, and offered a drink! The sales person put no pressure on me to buy and was very helpful with suggestions about the products on offer.

Alex was very inforamtive and helpful. It is great to see that Dreams supprot Veterans by allowing the use of the Defence Service Discount card. Other bed stores I have visited do not accept it. The quality of the items I have purchased look very good and also the 40 night guarantee is excellent.

The sales assistant spent quite a bit of time helping me to choose a mattress. He clearly knew what he was talking about and listened to me very carefully. He helped me to select a mattress within my budget constraints. His manner was friendly and professional. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was pressurised in any way.
