This was our first ever visit to Dreams and we were not disappointed. The shop was quite due to being 5pm on a sat night, but the staff could not be any more helpful. gave us all the time we needed and advice. This was the first time we have brought a brand new and expensive bed. Dreams made it simple and easy

The store was nicely laid out and staff member we spoke to was very professional and helpful. We didn't make our purchase on the first visit, but returned a couple of weeks later and spoke to the same gentleman again, as he had been so helpful on our previous visit. We were convinced that we were buying an excellent product and received good advice.

The sales assistant Alex was very friendly, helpful and not pushy with the sales pitch. A lovely lady doing a great job!!

The Dreams representative had the answers to any questions we had, was easy to chat to and quick to sort the order out. The overall layout of the store made it easy for us to see how it would all look and it was nice to actually view the bed/ furniture rather than seeing it and getting it online.

We had an idea of the type of bed we were looking for but your sales representative, Felix, was really helpful. He was able to assess our needs and to advise us on the best bed for us. He was extremely knowledgable and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble and we were offered tea/coffee. All the members of your staff were very pleasant. We had been to other bedroom furniture stores but yours was by far superior when it comes to customer care, and product knowledge and information.

Met by exceedingly helpful John and immediately offered refreshment. Explained what we were looking for and were then shown suitable mattresses. After trying them out John then left us to discuss which we preferred and then having made our decision invited to sit down and arrange delivery, terms etc. We liked the store no intrusive music, friendly faces and no hard selling. A pleasant experience
