Nothing was to much. We were offered a drink and when I said that I didn't drink hot drinks, a member of staff (Jon from the Nottingham branch) offered me one of his cold drinks which I thought was really nice. I also had to call and change my delivery date which was done with no problem. The overall experience was fab.

Went in for a mattress on a budget, got one although slightly more than I wanted to pay but accomplished my task. Staff were helpful and the order was completed reasonably quick.

The staff was very friendly and not pushy, allowing me to try out mattress' in my own time. Purchasing was quick and efficient.
