Salesman knew the product, took his time to ensure we received answers to our questions but was not pushy. The only negative was apparent issues raising the order as the IT seemed to be less helpful than the salesman.

I told Jodie at the store what I needed and she went check on products and availability and came straight back to me, Jodie and colleague literally moved every mattress to show me my mattress and to make sure I was happy and that I knew what I was getting, they were extremely helpful, professional and very friendly, made me feel very confident in dreams.

We was greeted by an assistant and pointed in the right direction for what we was looking for. Followed by an offer of a drink, the assistants were friendly but left us alone to take our time to choose, occasionally coming to ask how we was getting on and if they could help with any advice, which we was grateful of as there is so much choice.

All our need were catered for, and made very welcoming

All items clearly priced, no high-pressure selling, very pleasant sales person who offered us tea and coffee. Transaction swiftly completed with time for a chat about things and stuff.

John spent a lot of time with us discussing our needs and offering recommendations without any sales pressure.

Excellent service in store, mattress not yet delivered so cannot comment on that service yet...

Jodie who served us was excellent and very friendly all the staff was very friendly and helpful and we didn’t feel under pressure to buy

Alex who served us was informative but not in our faces. We liked that we were left alone to try out the beds and then she checked in with us a couple of times which was useful. We didn't feel pressurised as she was very pleasant and professional. She made the whole experience painless.
