It was a great experience in store the sales assistant took the time for my partner and I to true the mattresses and use the sleep machine. He also provided us with his opinion when trying each mattress and especially when choosing between two. It really helped!

The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more.

We were helped and assisted by Judy, and she was so helpful and gave us the time and distance we needed to be able to make our own minds up. Very knowledgeable about all that was shown to us we felt so comfortable with the whole experience.

I was offered assistance in a friendly but not pushy way. I was advised where to find what I was looking for and left to spend time without feeling hassled. The gentleman was available every time I I had a question and help offered when I needed it. My order was taken efficiently and I was very pleased with the extra products and the free delivery.

The whole experience of buying a new bed was stress free. Judy was really helpful and knowledgeable. She looked after us really well. I couldn’t find the bed I wanted that time as just had a quick browse previously. Explained it all to Judy and she found the bed for us.
