Good layout of beds ,friendly staff ,asked if we needed help , offered a drink ,John salesman very friendly knew answers to questions i asked ,spent a good hour in store with no sales pressure.

We were left to have a look for around 5 minutes and then a lovely lady called alex helped us in the Nottingham Store. She explained the different troupes of beds and evaluated how much we wanted to spend. She took us straight to a mattress which was perfect for us and we purchased the mattress. I asked her some questions regarding pillows and she took us straight to what we were looking for and we purchased x2 tempur pilliows.
