Alex was considerate to and aware of my individual needs (I have visual difficulties ) she allowed me all the time I needed to try the mattresses and pillows. Even made me coffee.

When we first visited the store to begin our search for a new bed Jodie was non obtrusive but extremely helpful when we needed assistance. She was very knowledgable and allowed us to try different beds at our own pace. On that visit we didn’t purchase but were impressed enough to return just over a eek later with the intention of making a purchase. Jodie was not available but Alex allowed us, once again, to try the beds we had narrowed out choice down to, gave us help when we needed it and completed the sale very efficiently. Overall we came away feeling we had made the right choice, had been offered the extras that applied to our purchase and had a convenient delivery date. The service we received on both visits was excellent.

We spoke with a lovely young man called John, who helped with some great advice on the different mattresses to go with ottoman divan we had chosen. There was also a good select of headboards to go with divan in the same matching colour.

I was extremely pleased with the sales assistant Jodie. She was welcoming knowledgeable and friendly. She showed me the beds within my price range, did not rush me and offered me a discount if I purchased the same day. I left the store and visited two others as a mattress is a big purchase and I wanted to get it right. On comparison none of them came up to the standards of Dreams and altho the assistants were helpful I felt more reassured by Dreams and especially by the 40 day purchase guarantee. As I said buying a mattress is a big purchase and you want to be sure you get it right.

The assistant was very approachable and made me feel confident about her knowledge and the company. She was brilliant, and I like the way the CEO takes such a hands on approach to his job. Very Disney!! We haven't yet taken delivery, but I expect to be very pleased with our purchase. I hope the quality of the bed we purchased matches our expectations. Geoff Ellis
