The staff members were friendly all had smiles on they're faces very pleasant and a credit to the store

Entered store, no pushy sales nicely welcomed. Let you look around and then asked if you wanted some help. Wasn't a sales chat more product information which was good. Asked if I wanted a drink before a purchase confirmed, matched competitor offer to the same value (albeit competitor was free tempur pillow not BOGOF ;)) Colleague John was very helpful and down to earth.

From the moment I entered the store I was well looked after. Everything was explained clearly and i was shown numerous products. I was handled professionally and quickly. I will definitely be back for fitted sheets etc.

We thought the assistants, David and Jodie were very informative. We were offered tea and coffee, and I did ask if they would wash my car whilst we were waiting, a bit of a laugh, but they declined. Very satisfied with overall service and approach towards customers. Makes a change for shop assistants to have a sense of humour.

The girl who served me and my partner was excellent so friendly and funny which suited me and my partner will be going back for our other bed soon as this was a great experience

a Warm welcome to the store by John who explained everything perfectly and all the different colour codes on the beds. A warm drinks was kindly offered. When asked questions honest answers given.The paper work and completion of the order was dealt with in a professional manner

Nice easy sales technique, Dave wasn’t pushy and very helpful to help us find exactly what we needed.

The team as a whole were fantastic and very knowledgeable of what would suit our needs. We received a hot drink when we first came into store and when we returned later in the day to purchase, which, in the snow was very welcome, as were the biscuits! The staff seem to work fantastically with each other, and were very friendly to us, which made the whole process fly by. I honestly would like to work anywhere with staff like we met at Dreams Nottingham.

We had no idea what we were looking for when we first entered the store, other than a mattress we didn't know what style or type we wanted. We were greeted by John and given lots of good advice, shown which mattresses to look at (omce we had decided what type would best suit our needs) offered a cup of tea, given a pillow to take round with us to try the mattresses out and actually ended up spending about £500 less than we thought we would be as we purchased an own brand mattress! So very pleased with that! Jodie then took our sale and she was equally as knowledgeable and friendly. Our kids even got a sweet treat from John which is always a bonus to keep the kids happy when dragging them around the shops! Excellent service.
