We were given the chance to view and try out mattresses ourselves but had assistance if needed to answer any questions and show us more. We were offered drinks and we're given individual pillows to try out on the mattresses. John who assisted us listened to our needs and directed us as necessary.

Customer service by John was amazing. He approached us on arrival, listened to our needs and delivered us a variety of options without being too pushy. We went away to discuss options when we return john remembered us and was happy to help with our decision.

Friendly staff member, knowledgeable about products and dealt with the order promptly.

Have used dreams before and returned because we received such great service before ,the item we required was a god price.The quality is good and staff helpfull and friendly.

We were advised about the colour coding on the beds. We didn’t feel pressured at any time. Any questions we asked were answered fully with out any sales pressure. We spent a fair amount of time in store trying different mattresses and we didn’t feel rushed at all.

My son and I were greeted when we entered Dreams and were left to look around, something which we appreciated because we didn’t feel pressured at all. We had gone into Dreams to buy one bed and mattress, but I was so pleased with the service I decided to buy a new bed and mattress for myself. I found Alexandra very professional and knowledgable. She was able to answer all our questions. I also found Alexandra’s colleague, Judy, to also be very helpful and knowledgable. My son and I had visited a rival bed firm where we were followed around the store and a salesman even stopped us as we were leaving and asked why we hadn’t seen anything we liked. I found my experience at the Nottingham branch of Dreams a pleasure and will definitely recommend them.
