John, the assistant that served us was great. Did not feel pressured to buy but he was on hand to answer all the questions we had.

The quality of service was a very high standard they new extactly what I wanted

The assistant was really lovely and attentive. He gave us all the information we needed to know in order to shop despite being with another customer and then checked in without hovering. He joked with us and was helpful with explaining all the finance options and comfort guarantee. Overall it made the process really simple and only criticism would be the store appearance really needed some TLC!

Have purchased a bed from Dreams before and was very satisfied. Glad to see that one of the team was still there - John, who has always proved to be very helpful. The speed at which were seen and also the fact that the staff left us alone to get a feel for the products. The coffee was lovely too.
