We purchased from the Nottingham, Lady Bay store. Dave Peter and Aimee (didn't get her surname) were very helpful. We had a particular requirement which they understood and helped guide and advise on a range of options. We were given the space and time to consider our options whilst trying the beds. We felt supported but not pressured into making the purchase.

The staff were very helpful in helping me decide on a new bed.great knowledge of the type of mattresses and pillows.great friendly manner.overall was a great shopping experience.

Very friendly plenty of help

The assistant was brilliant he was there to answer questions but allowed us the privacy of looking around on our own. He offered us refreshments he was very likeable and we appreciated it.

the showroom was clean and i was allowed to test and try the mattress the salesman was clear about all things regarding the mattress even made me a cup of cffee while conducting the saie i have no problems at all

On arriving at Lady Bay Retail Park in Nottingham we were spoken to very promptly, asking if we needed assistance, which we did. We appreciated the knowledge of your assistant (Alex) which was very helpful in us making a decision about purchase of a new bed frame and mattress which will be delivered on 23rd of April. We found it a very pleasant experience .We look forward to receiving our new bed.
