Dreams - Nottingham

We were greeted by staff on arrival and immediately asked if we required help. Dave quickly understood our requirements and needs and helped us to find what we were looking for, and was very patient.

The service was fantastic. I went to the store to buy a cheep £290 mattress. However after explaining the reason why I wanted a new mattress, I was advised to go for a better one. True, it did cost more money, but the information I got from Staff member David Peter (Nottingham) prevented me wasting my time with the wrong mattress. I am buying because of a bad back. David looked for the last mattress I purchased, and confirmed it was not the best one for my back problem. The coffee was welcomed while I was left alone to test the mattresses for myself. Store and staff were pleasant and well presented. The only thing I would have liked was to try out a Dreams specific roll up mattress, however I was told they are online only. The 40 days rules (100 days for the roll up) was explained well. This is my second mattress from the Nottingham store, and when I need a third, Dreams will be the goto place.

Lots of options and informed well about differences in mattresses. We were able to test different types and were offered a range of pillows to match mattress and needs.

I made three visits in all to the store - the first two times with my children so that they could made a decision about which beds they wanted. The staff (Alexandra & John) were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. My third visit was to place the final order for the beds and I was pleased to be served by Alexandra who had been so helpful on my first visit. She was very thorough whilst going through the order with me ensuring that everything was covered. Unfortunately, due to a computer problem, she had to input the order twice but remained calm throughout. I was pleased to receive some free pillows with my order. I was offered refreshments whilst I was there which was much appreciated. I am looking forward very much to receiving my new beds!

Staff were all extremely helpful. Our two year old daughter was with us and being a typical toddler buy we weren’t made to feel that she was a burden or on the way. We were offered drinks and they gave her some chocolate and then gave her some colouring to do whilst we ordered our bed. Even when she got chocolate on the table the staff were friendly and patient and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer shopping experience.

I was first through the door on a Saturday morning and was instantly greeted by an assistant - he wasn't 'in my face' and politely offered assistance - I knew what I wanted so I explained and he described how the shop was set up with the various clots coding for anything I wanted to try but also pointed me to the products I had seen online and also explained the health and safety requirements for bunk beds which I wasn't aware of

I didn't know what I was looking for but Alexandre was very helpful in explaining the difference in the mattresses. and giving me time to make my mind up. I couldn't have received any better customer service.

The staff were very friendly and helped us carry the item and put in the car for us.

John was very helpful and knowledgeable and found the right bed frame and mattress for me. He was patient and spent a lot of time on his computer to achieve this. in all it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
