Salesman listened to us, understood our needs & wasn’t at all pushy.

All staff very friendly, Alex talked us through the options and was patient whilst my sone decided on the preferred mattress. Even got a cuppa whilst we sorted the order, nice touch.

Rean was very helpful and allowed us time to browse, he also gave our children some activities to do whilst we were trying out mattresses

Staff were extremely helpful and did not just advise us of the most expensive item available but gave us information on products that were similar and cheaper. for example, the tempur mattress compared to the Hyde & Sleep. Staff took there time with us and did not make us feel rushed to make a choice but instead aided us in our choice. Staff were friendly and polite and very helpful. Staff over all made this experience (Rean Felix and Jodie).

Dave Peter was very helpful and explained the style and layout of each bed and mattress and took us through the Store to help with our final selection. He is a very pleasant and helpful person and we thank him for his fine cup of tea.

Aimee and John were extremely helpful and offered a friendly and professional service. They were very knowledgeable and gave exactly the right balance of providing information and assistance and leaving us to try out mattresses for ourselves. We felt under no pressure to make a purchase and this made the whole shopping experience very pleasant and relaxed.

Assistance was offered quickly, invited to try out mattrass (extra pillow offered), advice given on other type mattresses, allowed to make own choice, everything well explained, coffee offered, bit of humour.
