David was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, and the auto-measurement machine was impressive. I ended up spending a lot more on this visit than I'd intended, but this is because David helped me find what I really needed, when previously I had only a vague knowledge, so nevertheless I'm happy with my purchase.

John your assistant was extremely helpful and efficient, we liked the new computerised bed testing, don't know how accurate it could be, but was interesting never the less! We are looking forward to the delivery of our new bed and hope it lives up to our expectations! Finally although we didn't need credit because it was interest free we took advantage of the offer, thanks. Neil McEwen.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly as were the other two assistants that we spoke to whilst there.He explained everything as we went round trying all the beds.We also tried the tester bed to start which helped in deciding our choice
