John was very helpful, when we arrived we were asked if we wanted any help, I didn’t at that point and we were left to browse, however John then asked us again before we left if we had any queries or wanted any help. He then was very helpful.

As soon as we arrives in store we were asked if we could be guided to anything specific. we one what we wanted to look at so were guided straight to the bed we were considering purchasing. Good customer service without being over zealous. Left us to discuss and think about it
