Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Felix: good advice on offers, convenient store location.

welcomed by staff on entry. shown the product we required tthen directed to the upper floor to see all the range. staff encouraged us to try the bed and advised on firmness.we where then shown to the headboard range to make our slelection. Payment was made very straightforward and delivery agreed. Staff were well informed and friendly at all times

Whilst we were going through the paperwork the other staff spent time entertaining my daughter. We knew what we wanted when we entered the store and they made it so easy to just get it sorted. We were offered drinks and made to feel very welcome

Upon walking into the store, we were immediately asked if we were okay by Felix, he then proceeded to help with the choice of bed frame and put a lot of time in helping us choose a mattress - even using a mattress machine to determine the most suitable mattress for us. Felix's knowledge of the matresses and frames was great and really gave us the confidence to buy from Dreams. He was very patient and told us about offers which were available, again helping our decision. When we returned later the same day to purchase the frame and mattress, Felix again made himself available to help us and talked us through the ordering process as well as about finance availability. Overall couldn't fault our experience with Dreams and Felix - very happy customers!
