The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and understood what we were seeking.

Having never viewed or considered Dreams for our bedding requirements, it was a refreshing change to call in and place an order in this store....We had seen the special offer advertised and decided to visit as we had a special requirement. We were met by John the salesman and made to feel welcome..his knowledge and professionalism were immediately obvious and we felt very relaxed and at no time were we put under any pressure or obligation. He was able to fully as swer all our questions. The hospitality was appreciated....The only facility not available was a service lift to the first floor showroom as my wife uses a wheelchair ..Otherwise...excellent.

A pleasant shopping experience with helpful staff who knew about the products and offered advice whilst giving time for consideration of purchase.

Aimee was incredibly friendly, helpful and offered us a drink whilst she showed us around the showroom. She also suggested trying out the bed/computer which would narrow down our mattress options. This was a really helpful suggestion. She even took the time to show us around the bed frames and offered practical advice regarding ottoman frames.

Firstly we wer left to browse the beds (highly important to me and my husband. He tends to run off when shop assistants are in your face). When we needed assistance We asked Alex for information regarding the bed we liked. After answering our questions and giving us the information she thought would help us decide, she asked if we like tea (a very good cup of tea it was too) we liked the fact she left us a while to discuss our options. Once we had made up our minds she was very efficient in dealing with our order.

The sales assistant was brilliant. Very friendly and approachable but no unwanted sales pressure. Choice of products was great as was the ease of ordering. Prices were excellent. We had no intention of ordering that day but couldn't leave it at that price!

Customer service was understanding and polite.

Lovely atmosphere in store. After saying hello staff let us look around by ourselves until we needed help.
