Dreams - Nottingham

This store is a very clean store .when we arrived we were left for a short while to browse then a salesman came over to see if we required any assistance his name was David and he was very helpful we explained what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to pay.David shown us round the store and explained the type of mattresses and headboards etc.we found what we were looking for and went on to purchase it.david was very helpfull and polite.would definitely shop there again.

The store is laid out well with a colour code for the different types of mattresses. We visited other stores where the different types of mattresses were not easy to find or were not set up next to each other. The assistance was factual and helpful with no 'Salesman' type pitch which we prefer.

General friendliness of staff and helpful nature

After a while browsing and testing mattresses, we found the mattress and bed frame we liked John was helpful with any questions we had whilst browsing and the order was put through efficiently and John was very friendly throughout.

Alex was very helpful during our visit. She listened to our preferences and needs from a mattress and guided us around the store to sample the recommended mattresses

Found the diagnostic system for deciding which mattress suited us t be excellent, helpfully narrowing the choices. Aimee the assistant was excellent , giving us space to decide but being helpful and attentive, explained everything really well - she was excellent and we felt confident with her.

My reason fo being highly satisfied was because the service was as I would have expected it to be from a well established company like Dreams and the service was first class in every manner.

The staff were very friendly but not pushy . We didn’t feel rushed . They took time to explain the different options and to understand our specific needs - I have had spinal surgery and my husband is twice my size so it was important to understand what would best suit our needs .

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams at Lady Bay retail park, Nottingham. Staff member Felix was very helpful and helped me to find the best mattress for me at the right price as I suffer with backache. He didn't give me a hard sell but simply talked me through the options available and helped me to find what I wanted. Thank you Felix.

A very nice store the team there were very polite and knowledgeable. We tried a lot of beds and finally decided on one after an hour or so.
