We were greeted in a friendly but none pushy way by john who showed us this whizzy bed assessment machine which generated a short list of mattresses for us to try. Loved the science of it. He was really good at finding them after too knowing exactly where they were and giving us our own pillows to take around with us. He even made us a cuppa whilst we mulled over. He was serving someone else when we'd come to a decision so Dave stepped in to guide us upstairs to look at beds for the mattresse . I loved the way the chaps worked together as a team in a really honouring to each other way. They were respectful of us and each other and came across as really genuine blokes. Just the way they treated each other actually said heaps about care for .... That people matter. We really did feel valued and not just because we were spending money. Loads of choice too. I loved that they didn't push us into the most expensive option , incidentally we didn't go for the cheaper one either so maybe that was good for dreams.

Aimiee was a great sales associate who assisted us in ensuring we got the right bed for our needs.

I had done some research and the knowledgeable staff helped to make sure we made the right choice by considering additional options

The man in the shop was really helpful and quiet a funny nice man. He made me feel very welcome like he couldn't do enough for me lovely chap

Staff very helpful and not pushy

We went into store greeted straight away offered a coffee while we were talked to about the sleep technology bed .jumped onto it which measured our preasure points. It then have us options to which mattress we should have .we was then shown our options .which we wasn't offered the most expensive which we thought we would have been .but was shown the budget ones first then going up in price .we told him about the rough figure we would want to pay a month . He did the sums and explained that if we was to spend a little more it would put up in the bracket of spreading it over 30 months instead which would lower the price .so shown us to the beds as well .with that on top it lowered the monthly price .so we then organised for our delivery date which we was very happy with only 1 week to wait . We then received a message 48 hours before of hour delivery slot .we got a phone call the morning of our delivery which we was given between 7.45 and 10.45 and arrived by 8 by 2 very helpful chaps who brought it into our room very fast service .

My wife & I suffer with back problems from time to time we explained the type of mattress we currently had & were pleasantly surprised to find that your computerised system for providing a quick solution to the type of mattress we required worked superbly for us. Thank You.
