John the agent in his 40'ties understand our needs,very polite ,offered drinks ,compare products for us and wrap the deal with us quickly and give us time to enjoy the rest of the day .Explain about the discounts in store ,insurance of products very good knowledge,excellent staff to have in store .

The assistant John in the Nottingham store was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t at all pushy but helped us when we asked for help or were looking a bit puzzled. His approach was just what we needed.

On entering the store a member of staff explained the colour coding on the beds to show what types of mattress they were, then as we already have pillows from one of your ranges got us the exact pillow we own to so we could really get the feel of the mattress. They then left us to try out the beds at our leisure offering assistance every so often, this made us feel very comfortable whilst in the store.

Branch manager was very knowledgeable and made the process easy, he went above and beyond to ensure we were completed satisfied with our bed and mattress. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Felix.
