We visited the store and were met by Alex and Beth, who listened to our requirements and immediately showed us the options available. We considered various options and they advised as we considered. We were satisfied with their recommendations and asked for the final pricing. We got great value, great friendly and assistive service and cannot thank the two ladies enough for their professional service. We will be back and we will use the same staff . These ladies deserve some form of recognition for going above and beyond to meet and deliver on our requirements. Alex and Beth are the best in the business. I bought a mattress online three years ago having read lots of reviews and it has not given us the support we need so decided to cut our losses and invest in a new bed and mattress. Being wary of the minefield associated with getting the right mattress we decided to book an appointment at Dreams. That proved to be a very good move indeed. The salesman, Vivek was very friendly and knowledgeable and we were very impressed by the high tech machine learning based 'test bed' that was able to recommend which mattresses would be the right ones to suit our needs. This appliance of sleep science was marvellous in the way that it steered us quickly to the right mattress for us. It was great to be able to try out the potentially ideal mattresses - and we both soon identified which one we most preferred. The combination of this high tech assistance alongside Viveka's deep knowledge of the products took the pain out of the process of selecting the right mattress. It was in fact an enjoyable experience as we were able to relax and feel confident that we were being matched with the right mattress. Top marks!
