Honestly, the whole experience was fantastic thanks to the sales rep that dealt with us, Judy. She was welcoming, and full of smiles, she was very helpful in making our decision and very patient and considerate when waiting for us to make it.

Efficient, used the sleep match system. Clear lay out of beds

I was greeted politely and asked if I needed any help. Any questions I had were dealt with and everyone seemed happy to be working in the shop. There was a very positive atmosphere with both staff and customers. I cannot think of negative to report about my visit.

As soon as we entered the store the staff were friendly, helpful and Informative and helped us find the best mattress for us and helped us find the perfect bed along with sorting out finance to exactly our needs, I will definetly be returning here of I need to get another bed at some point .

Selection of beds and mattresses well signed and easy to follow. The sales lady Beth was very helpful but not pushy or intrusive. Transaction completed with no problems at all, altogether service was second to none. Very knowledgable about products and my needs . Wo7ld recomm3nd Dreams to anyone.

The sales assistant took the time to explain the pros and cons of many products. She did not pressurise us at all, but gave us time to make a decision. The sleep simulator was very interesting, and confirmed our choice of a firm mattress.
