Our sales representative (Aimee) was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. She run through all our requirements before matching us up with the products available in store. We used the bed match software to find the correct mattress for both myself and partner. Aimee used the software to give us a great selection of products which she explained in great deal to us using easy to understand terminology. The whole experience was very relaxed as Aimee left us to explore the product without standing by our side during the entire visit. This allowed us to lay on the beds and talk between ourselves without the feeling of pressure during our purchasing experience.

John explained the benefits of each bed frame and mattress we'd shortlisted and took into account the budget we had inmind. After looking around a variety of different shops we were extremely pleased with the quality and delivery times available on the chosen items. John dealt with the sale very efficiently and explained clearly what to expect on the day of delivery. We left feeling very excited about our new purchase and receiving fantastic local customer service.
