Everything was well explained then I was left to find the beds that I was comfortable with without interference or pressure from sales person which is how I like it, did find the heating in the store to be uncomfortable y hot at the time so the sales person was considerate to turn it off & made me a cup of coffee, very much appreciated.

I was served by a gentlemen called John. He was extremely helpful. I had my 4 year old son with me at the time and he was getting restless. John was very accommodating and brought my son some crayons and paper to draw on. During the placement of the order he was very helpful and informative and upon departing he gave my son a chocolate bar which of course but a big smile on his face. This is the behavior that goes the extra mile and is the impression i now have of dreams.

Approachable and friendly staff. Quick service and not got too long to wait for the mattress.

Pleasant atmosphere in store. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful but allowed me time to browse without being pushy. The sales assistant who handled my order was really friendly and pleasant. A refreshing change from some of the other big stores!

All the staff where helpful and friendly, giving concise and practical advice. My requirements were dealt with quickly and efficiently without me feeling rushed. This is the third mattress/ bed I've bought from this branch and is always my first port of call when shopping.

Felix was very understanding of our needs and was just an all around great guy and a pleasure to purchase from, no pushing, just recommendations.

I went to dreams (at riverside) as the bed I had found in shops (the Wilson ottoman) was cheapest at dreams and was available in all colours. We were greeted by Felix immediately when we entered the store and kindly offered a cup of tea. The store was bright and clean, it was fairly busy as they had some good sales on after Christmas. We were shown around the store and were guided to the bed I liked, all the staff were very thorough and had excellent knowledge of the products. In the end we purchased the the Wilson ottoman in silver and a mattress with spring and memory foam- both of which came at a brilliant price. We were always going to buy a bed and possibly a new mattress but it was the friendliness of the staff that made the choice a lot easier to make.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable yet weren’t too pushy in an attempt to get a sale.

My husband and i visited dreams today with our three young children and were dreading how difficult it may have been. Amiee, one of the store assistants approached us to see if we needed any help. We explained that we wanted a new superking bed and mattress and she helped us work out possible mattresses which would be suitable for us using a special computer and bed. She was very polite throughout and entertained our 6 month old who was stirring in the buggy. She then shown us the mattress options which had been listed while holding our youngest so we could lay on each and allowing our 4 yr old twins to be involved with trying the beds too. She was very friendly, listened to what we thought of each and offered assistance when needed but was never pushy and allowed us time alone to discuss the products. We felt very comfortable with Amiee who was not only professional, approachable and friendly but also very knowledgable. Very pleasant shopping experience and we came out confident in our choices and cant wait for our bed delivery.
